In so doing, we commit to providing excellent orthodontic treatment using appropriate technology in a comfortable environment.

Appointments

Regularly planned visits are an important part of orthodontic treatment. Generally, we will want to see you every four to eight weeks to evaluate your progress and adjust your braces. We are concerned about your missing school or work, and we schedule appointments so that each patient receives a fair share of convenient appointments. Your time and convenience are important to us. During your treatment, you will need to keep appointments, follow instructions and continue to visit your dentist regularly. Time in treatment varies, depending on the age of the patient, the severity of the problem, the patient’s cooperation and the degree of movement needed.

We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

All of our patients, whether insured or not, have the same payment options available. If you have insurance benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you, the policy holder, for fees paid according to your policy coverage. We are glad to complete standard American Dental Association claim forms necessary for insurance reimbursement.
